FamilyCare Medical Group is a multi-specialty organization consisting of Family
Medicine, Internal Medicine,
Gynecology, Pediatric Endocrinology, Neurology,
Otolaryngology, and Sleep Medicine.
We have over 30 locations in and around the Syracuse
area.
You, our patients, are what matter most, and we continue to strive to find new
and better ways to serve you.
We are very excited to be able to offer a variety of services and studies to
you. These services are available in most offices, to make your care and
treatment more convenient and accessible.
Brief History
FamilyCare Medical Group was created in 1995 with 16 physicians at 8 offices in Central New York. In November of 1996, FCMG joined with Community General Hospital to form a management service organization (MSO) which would become Practice Resources, LLC. PRL proceeded to develop two lines of business, increasing FCMG and taking on other clients and specialties.

2009 Gala: A Tremendous Success
More than 600 guests attended the 2009 Jeans and Jewels Gala hosted by Community General Foundation on Friday, October 23, 2009. The event was hosted at the Hotel Syracuse, and raised more than $310,000 in sponsorships and donations to support Community General Hospital’s purchase of new, state-of-the-art patient beds. The gala marked the most successful event in the organization’s history.
