As of November 1, 2022 – Adult Health & Northern FamilyCare are combining practices and moving to a new location at 4 Gertrude Drive, in Central Square! Staffed by proven providers you know – Sue Stucker, FNP and Valerie Meyers, ANP – the new practice will be called Northern HealthCare.
