We have an important update regarding our Onondaga West FamilyCare Medical Group location. Effective Thursday, June 4, 2026, our Onondaga West office will be closing and merging with our Brighton Medical FamilyCare office, located at 182 Intrepid Lane, Syracuse, NY 13205. We will begin welcoming patients at the new location on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
We want to assure you that your care remains our top priority throughout this transition. We will make every effort to keep your existing appointments as scheduled, and a member of our team will reach out to confirm your appointment details or assist with any necessary changes.
