FamilyCare Medical Group is looking for a full or part time Nurse Practitioner to work in a growing Family Medicine practice located in our Plank Road location.
Primary responsibilities include direct patient care and follow-up, ordering proper tests and medications, review of laboratory and medical records and providing patient education to ensure quality patient care for the care and treatment of established and new patients. Must have NYS license. Medent experience preferred, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- NYS licensed/registered NP
- Must have NPI number and be Medicare Enrolled
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with Medent EMR preferred
