Day to day, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing FamilyCare Medical Group’s Palliative Care, Nurse Intensivist, Transitional Care Management and Chronic Kidney Disease clinical savings programs. She is an AAPC-Certified Professional Coder, Certified Practice Facilitator through the University of Buffalo, and is currently working on completing her Bachelor of Health Sciences at Excelsior University in Albany, New York. Prior to joining FamilyCare Medical Group, Jennifer was the Manager of Population Health and Quality Improvement at Crouse Medical Practice.
