Leslie Earsley, LPN

Hi, my name is Leslie Earsley, I have been working for Family Care Medical Group since February 2025 as an LPN home health care nurse. I graduated from OCM Boces Liverpool nursing school in January 2008. I have been in home care for the last six years, working for Pace before taking the palliative home care position. I have a nine-year-old daughter who's going into 5th grade this year. I love to read, travel and spend time with my loved ones!
