Exciting news! Dr. Digant Nanavati has been selected by the Class of 2026 student members of the Gamma Chapter of Alpha Omega Alpha (AΩA) Medical Honor Society at Upstate Medical University to receive the AΩA Volunteer Clinical Faculty Award.

Awarded annually by AΩA students, this recognition honors a community physician who has made an outstanding contribution to the education and training of clinical students. This year's fourth-year class selected Dr. Nanavati for his dedicated teaching and patient care, and for the lasting impact he has made on their professional development.

Dr. Nanavati currently practices Family Practice and Internal Medicine at Brighton Medical Associates, one of our Syracuse locations.

He will be celebrated at the Annual AΩA Banquet and Induction Ceremony on Friday, May 1, 2026.
