• Tiffany Henry, RN, BSN

    ~I began my nursing career in 2011 after graduating from OCM BOCES as an LPN. I later earned my associate’s degree in nursing from Tompkin Cortland Community College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capella University. I graduated top of my class and was inducted into the International Honor Society of Nursing. ~With over a decade of hands-on experience, I've worked across diverse settings including family practice, bedside care, case management, and a strong focus in homecare. ~Outside of work I'm happily engaged and a proud mother of four. I enjoy traveling with my family, and attending my children's sports, band, and educational activities. I'm currently pursuing my master’s in nursing informatics through Capella University.

    I earned an associate degree in nursing at Crouse College of Nursing and received my bachelor’s in nursing from SUNY Canton. I have been practicing RN since 2010, with experience in med-surg, ED, ICU, Vascular Access, and have been trained by Bard in PICC line insertion. I have been in Case Management since 2020, first with Crouse Medical Practice and now with FamilyCare Medical Group.

  • Meghan Smart, RN

    Meghan Smart is a Registered Nurse who works with the outpatient Acute Population Health Nurse Program through FamilyCare Medical Group. Her nursing career started with becoming an LPN in 2018. She worked as an LPN while attending school to become an RN for 2 years. After completing her associate's degree in nursing, Meghan worked on a med-surg floor for a short period of time. She then started working in Oncology and did that for 4- years. She left that position and hopes to provide excellent care to those enrolled in the Nurse Intensivist Program. In her free time, Meghan enjoys reading and walking her dogs.
